Refund Policies
Gallery & Artisan Shop
All Sales are final. Artwork is created by indepentent artists who receive payment upon sale of their work. We cannot offer refunds or merchanise credits.
Classes & Workshops
Payment must be rendered at registration to reserve your seat in class.
Full Refund will be given only if student withdraws from class at least one week prior to course commencement.
Should the instructor cancel a class meeting, the instructor will notify the students of a scheduled make-up class.
Should the center cancel classes due to inclement weather, classes will be rescheduled at the end of the current session for a make-up.
Each class has a required minimum enrollment. PCA reserves the right to cancel course due to under-enrollment.
A list of required art supplies for each course is available at the front desk. Art supply costs for children’s classes are included in the price of tuition.

Galleries Policies
Galleries in the center include the exquisite 1902 Russell Gallery; the early 19th century Linden’s building includes many beautiful spaces and a vintage stairwell to the second floor. 2020 renovations bring an new elevator, an elegant grand staircase, expanding our exhibit space from the lobby to the second floor landing area.
Exhibiting Artwork Policy
All artwork exhibited at Plymouth Center for the Arts is carefully managed and curated through a series of gallery exhibits, special events, and/or short-term rentals. Only active members can exhibit work unless a show is designated as ‘Open’. All shows and rentals run for a designated period of time, generally only a few days or weeks. All exhibiters must pay either a hanging or rental fee for their work to be exhibited in a show or gallery. There is a commission on all artwork sold.
Donated & Abandoned Art
Plymouth Center for the Arts is not a museum and has no permanent art collection. The art center has no storage capacity for work not picked up. The art center does not accept donated art, books, etc.. Artwork abandoned for more than 30 days may be disposed of by any means at the discretion of the Art Center.
