Original Prospectus
Historic Exposure
Mobile digital devices offer the opportunity for spontaneous photos, an intuitive artistic workflow and a multitude of easily available creative applications.
We invite photographers of all ages to submit their best images for judging in a truly distinctive photography exhibition.
The top five awarded images will be exhibited in our galleries located in historic downtown Plymouth, MA, in the heart of Plymouth Bay Cultural District.
General Information
Only images taken with a mobile devices (e.g. cell phone, tablet or Ipad) are eligible
This is an open competition with an open theme
Photographers of all ages may participate
Maximum entries per artist is 15
Entry fee: $15 for the first image, $10 for each additional entry
This is an open show, Plymouth Center for the Arts membership is not required
Important Dates
February 1 – 20
February 21 – 26 Judging period, award winners selected
Monday, February 28 – Selected Titles & Awardee Names published no later than 5pm, EST
This is a Juried Show
Based on the judge’s scores, the top scoring images will be chosen for display online
On-line & Onsite Exhibit
Selected images will be exhibited in our on-line gallery at ArtsPlymouth.org
The on-line exhibition will be viewable on the ArtsPlymouth website beginning Sunday March 6th
Framed Award Winners will be presented at early spring members show Opening Reception on Thursday evening March 24th.

Five awards: First place $100, Second place $75, Third place $50 and two Honorable Mentions
Ribbons and certificates will accompany each award

Award Winning Images will be professionnally printed, matted, and framed (16X20) and exhibited in the Gallery.
At the end of the show framed prints will be shipped to the artists.

The five winning images will be printed, matted and framed for exhibition during the Art Center's early spring members’ art show opening, Thursday, March 24th. Following the gallery show, the top five framed prints will be packaged and shipped to the artists at the expense of the Plymouth Center for the Arts.
