Donna Rossetti-Bailey, of Marshfield, MA , has been honored with the Gene Alden Walker Memorial Award of $200.00, given by the National Association of Women Artists in their "Small Works" Exhibition. "Outside Santa Fe" will hang at the N.A.W.A.Gallery, 80 Fifth Avenue in New York City, through June 14, 2005. The awards luncheon will take place the last day of the exhibit at the Cornell Club of New York City.
Donna will be exhibiting several new pieces of artwork at T. Benjamin Fiske Fine Art in Milton, MA. “Marshes to Mountains” features
Donna’s soft pastel paintings and Amherst artist Lynn Adams’ oil
paintings. The focus of this exhibit, which hangs through June 4,
2005, is the Massachusetts landscape: the ever-changing weather, the
seasons and the natural topography from the coastal areas to the
Berkshires. The opening reception is Saturday evening, May 7, 6 PM
to 9PM. All are invited to attend. For more information and

Donna’s pastel painting “Beach Dunes, II” has been selected to be on
the cover of the Marshfield, MA 2004 Town Report.
Donna has won an Honorable Mention Award from the Cape Cod Art
Association for her pastel painting, “September Marsh”. She has also
had a piece juried into the first Northeast National Pastel
Exhibition. “Taos Pueblo” will hang at the Arts Center in old Forge,
NY June 10 – July 8, 2005. In addition “Outside Santa Fe” will be a
part of the National Association of Women Artists “Small Works”
exhibit in New York City, May 16- June 14 and “May Forsythia” will
hang in the “Poetry in Pastels” Exhibit at the Cahoon Museum of
American Art in Cotuit, MA. This show features works by Signature
Members of the Pastel Painters of Cape Cod where each piece will be
accompanied by a passage of poetry selected by the artist. Show
dates are April 26 – June 11, 2005.
