luminous moon, each depicted with a different texture in thick
paint.

Marilyn Ferkinhoff of Middletown, RI, with
her
touchable "Crazy Quilt."

Norwood artst, Peggy Wheeler's
"Treasures of the Sea" employs
fabrics with textures that suggest the objects portrayed: smooth satins
for the sky and clouds, coarse linen for the sail, a choppy fabric for
the ocean.
The treasure chest is full of giant "jewels."
